These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.urbantheory.in (the “Website”) and any purchases you make from Urban Theory (“Urban Theory”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Definitions
“User”, “you” or “your” – any natural or legal person accessing the Website.
“Products” – apparel and accessories offered for sale on the Website.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase, or have parent/guardian consent. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Product Information & Availability
All Product descriptions, images and prices are shown in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy, but minor colour variation may occur.
5. Pricing & Payment
a. Prices may change without notice until you complete checkout.
b. Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, UPI, Net-Banking, COD (where available).
c. Payment is captured at checkout; orders are processed only after successful payment.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
a. Your order is an offer; we email acceptance when the Product is dispatched.
b. You may cancel an unshipped order via “My Account” or by contacting support.
c. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, stock unavailability or system error. Any payment collected will be refunded within 3 business days.
7. Shipping
Handling time: 1-3 business day.
Delivery across India: 6-10 business days (Including Processing Time) via Blue Dart, Delhivery or India Post. Detailed terms are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 3 days under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are initiated within 24 - 48 hours of return pickup.
9. Promotional & Marketing Communications
By providing contact details, you consent to receive emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages regarding your orders or promotions. You may opt-out at any time via the “unsubscribe” link or emailing info@urbantheory.in. We never sell or rent your data to third parties without explicit consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos and text are the exclusive property of Urban Theory. and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. No content may be used without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable law;
- infringe our intellectual-property rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or interfere with its operation;
- upload malicious code.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and services are provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranties except those required by Indian law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Theory’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by statute.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Urban Theory Co., its directors and employees harmless against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
