  • Orders are Made to Order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)

Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum purchase requirement
  • Printing and dispatch: Once your order is printed and ready, it will be shipped immediately via our courier partners
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 - 10 business days (including processing time) across India (Monday-Sunday delivery)
  • Carrier partners: We work with reputable national courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes - physical addresses required.
  • Remote area surcharge: No additional charges for deliveries to remote pin codes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours.
  • Real-time tracking: Monitor your order status through our courier partner's tracking system.
  • Delivery updates: WhatsApp Message or email notifications at key delivery milestones.

Holiday and Weekend Policy

  • Business days: Monday to Saturday for order processing.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • Public holidays: Processing resumes on the next working day.
  • Festival delays: Extended delivery times may apply during major Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.)
